Larry is the Business Manager for Better Homes AHEAD and is responsible for overseeing AHEAD’s new subsidiary corporation. Mr. Berg received his Master Public Administration from the University of New Hampshire and holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science and as well as an Associate degree in Arts.
As Business Manager, Mr. Berg is responsible for selling BHA energy efficient, factory-built housing throughout New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. Mr. Berg comes to Better Homes AHEAD with extensive experience in the hospitality industry and has a strong entrepreneurial background with business and managerial experience.
Gene is the Construction Specialist for AHEAD, Inc. and Better Homes AHEAD. Gene received his Bachelors of Science in Environmental and Resources Management, State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry, Syracuse, New York and his Bachelor of Science Forestry from Syracuse University, Syracuse, New York.
Mr. Girdwood has acted as Clerk of the Works for several of AHEAD’s Real Estate Development projects including Lisbon Renewal. A Limited Partnership a 10-unit LIHTC and HOME-financed rehabilitation and new Construction project and Beattie House—a 23-unit HUD 202 rehabilitation of vacant historic former hospital.
Mr. Girdwood was the Owner’s Representative for two phases of construction for Littleton Town and Country Family Housing--a 50 unit, multi-site demolition and new construction LIHTC project.
All of Mr. Girdwood’s projects have been completed on time and within budget.
